About the mini tank

MÁS Wine Company packages super premium wine in a mini tank. The German engineered mini tank is an environmentally friendly, air-tight, stainless steel container that mimics the way wine is stored at a winery. These mini tanks are re-usable, and they keep every glass as fresh as the first.  A nitrogen gas chamber inside the mini tank keeps air out so there is no oxidation of the wine.  This eliminates waste from oxidized wine in an open bottle and keeps wine fresh for 60 days.  Mini tanks also eliminate the waste associated with corked wine, shipping, cleaning and breaking glass bottles and save time for busy servers. Restaurants do not need any pre-existing or new infrastructure to use the mini tank, and MÁS Wine Company services and replaces the mini tanks.

MÁS Wine Company mini tanks are available in two sizes. The 11 liter mini tank contains the equivalent of 15 bottles of wine (about 75 5-ounce pours), and the 15 liter mini tanks contains the equivalent of 20 bottles of wine or 100 5-ounce pours.

MÁS Wine Company's 2005 Vino is a blend of 72% Cabernet Sauvignon, 16% Zinfandel, and 12% Syrah from Mendocino, Sonoma, and Lake Counties. It has rich flavors of ripe raspberry, black currant, dried herbs and chocolate with a toasty oak finish. This food friendly, approachable wine pairs well with pizza, pasta, grilled meats and hearty sandwiches. The alcohol content is 14.4%, the pH is 3.73, and the total acidity is 0.57 g/100 ml. 2,000 cases were produced.

MÁS Wine Company’s 2006 Vino is a blend of 50% Syrah, 45% Cabernet Sauvignon, and 5% Petite Sirah from Mendocino, Sonoma, and Lake Counties. It has rich aromas and flavors of Bing cherries, ripe plums, chocolate, and caramel with a toasty oak finish. This food friendly, approachable wine pairs well with pizza, pasta, grilled meats and hearty sandwiches. The alcohol content is 14.3%, the pH is 3.85, and the total acidity is 0.53 g/100 ml. 2,000 cases were produced.

MÁS Wine Company's Vino Blanco is a 2006 North Coast white wine that is 90% Sauvignon Blanc and 10% Semillon from Napa Valley and Mendocino County. It has fresh flavors of citrus, mango and lemongrass with aromas of juicy peach. This wine pairs well with salad, seafood and poultry. The alcohol content is 14.1%, the pH is 3.44, and the total acidity is 0.56 g/100 ml. 2,000 cases were produced.

MÁS Wine Company’s XMAS is a 2006 Sonoma County Zinfandel that has flavors of ripe strawberries and white pepper with light tannins. This festive wine pairs well with holiday meals like roast turkey and sweet potatoes. The alcohol content is 14.6%, the pH is 3.91, residual sugar is 0.2%, and the total acidity is 0.54 g/100 ml. 550 cases were produced. This wine is only available from October 2008 through December 2008.
